We hope that you, as an applicant, with your background and skills, can contribute to increasing our diversity.

We are committed to making everyone's equal value a reality. Together, we use collaboration and expertise to solve tasks. Developing leadership and increasing diversity are some of the things currently on our agenda. Together, we contribute to sustainability in society economically, socially, and environmentally. All students have the right to a school that gives them the opportunity to develop according to their own conditions. SPSM operates schools on behalf of the state. We provide students with a learning environment that allows for participation, learning, and development. We offer meaningful, stimulating, and important pedagogical work in our schools.

You are expected to share your experiences and expertise with the new team through collaboration, discussions, and possibly mentoring. This is an opportunity for you to work with colleagues and the student health team to build a new team that creates the best conditions for our students.
